Use Emoticons On Blogger

Do you want to add a spice to your blog by adding emoticons, like you want to without saying "LOL"? Then you have come to the right place! Now, I'm going to teach you how to add emoticons to your blogger blog using Yahoo! Messenger Emoticons and Onion Head emoticons.

This script was tested by me (using this blog as well) and 100% working . I suggest you do a back-up file of your template first before proceeding in case some unfortunate things happen.

Just follow the following steps:

1.Go to "Template" > "Edit HTML"
   Copy the code below and paste it right before or above </head> tag.

The above script will enable you to use Yahoo! Messenger Emoticons and Onion Head Emoticons in your blog. See some example:
Most Yahoo emoticons will work with this, click here for more. Please take note, that some of newer emoticons might not work on this script.

By typing the following, you will also be able to use Onion Head Emoticons. It is best used using white themed blogs.

If you followed the steps carefully, it should work. The demonstration above were shown with spaces so that the script will not convert them into emoticons. You need to type them without spaces in order to make them work. The emoticons will be shown once your page or post has been fully loaded.

Step 1. Go to Dashboard - Template - Edit HTML - Proceed


Step 2. Expand Widget Template (make a backup)

Hijacking Apple Id Using Flight Mode

A German security firm SRL claims a vulnerability in Touch ID Fingerprint Scanner and iCloud allows a hacker to access a locked device and potentially gain control over an owner’s Apple ID.

SRL points out that Airplane mode can be enabled on a stolen phone from the lockscreen, which turns off wireless connectivity and so defeats the remote wipe facility.


This can be accessed without requiring a passcode, could be a major vulnerability when it comes to physically stolen devices.

In a video demonstration, they point out that while Apple lets users locate and remotely wipe a device using the Find My iPhone app.

Since Find My iPhone can only perform a wipe if a device is connected to the Internet, but because airplane mode will disable Internet Connectivity, that may give a thief enough time to get fingerprints off of the device and eventually log in. An attacker can create a fake fingerprint on a laminated sheet and later attached to one of their fingers, as already explained by another researcher.

SRLabs suggests several things Apple could do to mitigate the problem. These include making Airplane Mode inaccessible from the lockscreen by default, and warning people not to keep a password reset email account active on a mobile device.
